As a proud mom, Jamie Lee Curtis is conferring the reality about her transgender daughter in public for the first time.
Joining an interview with AARP The Magazine, she reveals that saying:
we have watched in wonder and pride as our son became our daughter Ruby.
The Freaky Friday actor further added:
And she and her fiancé will get married next year at a wedding that I will officiate.
In fact, she said this, spreading her sincere pride for her trans daughter. Curtis is living her life with the two adopted children, Ruby, 25, and Annie, 34, sharing with her husband, the American-British screenwriter, Christopher Guest.
The 62-year-old Halloween actress and her beloved husband came under one roof during a beautiful time of December 18, 1984. In the 36 years since then, they have lived their lives with love, happiness, sorrow, various blows, etc., which is a great achievement for her as a mother and great wife. It is not surprising that she is a proud mom.
Here, it is worth mentioning that she also recovered from alcoholism. The actor opened in public about her addiction to painkillers due to a Vicodin post-cosmetic surgery. Curtis found recovery from drug addiction and existed as a sober after reading Tom Chiarella''s essay "Vicodin, My Vicodin".
However, that is another story that proves how she speaks openly. Her humility is evident in her family as well as in her conversations.
Moreover, Curtis goes on to say that he and the visitor have no grandchildren:
Not yet, but I do hope to.
Another special fact that Curtis revealed is Ruby's, (who works as a computer gaming editor) marriage wedding that she will officiate next year.
On Thursday, Curtis shared a photo of her AARP magazine cover on her Instagram, giving her stunning smile to her followers. she wrote:
I very rarely smile in photographs. An old idea. I couldn't help myself though during this shoot with @aarp @brianbowensmith because I AM SO HAPPY!
In addition, she gives many valuable reasons to be happy in her life.
