90-year-old The Love Boat actor, Gavin Macleod has died on May 29, 2021, at his home in Palm Desert, California, after spending a time period of ill health.

Gavin's nephew, Mark See said to Variety his death occurred on early Saturday, the 29th. The exact cause of his death has not been determined, the trade publication reported. 

Gavin MacLeod was not only an American actor, he was a Christian activist and author. He is most famous among the fans for his bald head and his wide smile.

One of the specialities is his career has spanned six decades. 

On February 28, 1931, this great person was born in Mount Kisco, New York, the United States to the parents, Margaret and George See, as the eldest child in the family.

He began his career in films in 1957 through a television debut on The Walter Winchell File. His first movie appearance was in The True Story of Lynn Stuart in 1958.  (He played a small, uncredited role in that film.)

When considering his personal life, he was the father of four children. 

He celebrated his birthday on Sunday, February 28. He turned 90 that day.
